My approach is based on the foundation of nutrition, functional & lifestyle medicine. The aim is to find and treat the cause of your symptoms, not just manage them. Sometimes this can be quite complex including hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues, dietary and lifestyle choices.

I can arrange state of the art functional tests, which are not available through your GP. These can be helpful with complex cases or if we need more information. I will always discuss these options with you.

Taking a holistic approach will help you face menopausal challenges with resilience and adaptability and to feel in control. One third or more of your life may be lived post menopause and this resilience may help you into a healthy old age.
