When I work with my clients, I follow four simple steps:

The first step is to have a free 30 minute phone call with me. This conversation is the ideal opportunity to get to know each other. You will gain a better understanding of how I work and for both of us to see if we feel able to work together.

Once you have booked a consultation I will email you a comprehensive health questionnaire and a 3 day food diary. These should be filled out and returned to me a week before your appointment. I will review the information, research scientific literature and make a plan for you.

Your initial consultation will usually last around 90minutes. I work on a one-to-one basis with all my clients as I believe that everyone is unique and to achieve the best results you need your own assessment, plan, optional comprehensive testing and ongoing bespoke support.
Consultations can be online or in person at my clinic in South Oxfordshire.

Subsequent consultations are usually for 30 minutes. For optimum results, so I can offer you the amount of support and advice you need, I recommend working together for several months. This obviously depends on what you want to achieve and how much advice and support you would like. I am always happy to work with other health professionals to help you achieve your goals.
1 hour consultation £125 | 30 mins consultation £75

Stand-alone one hour consultations may be useful if you feel confident with what you are doing but would like some dietary advice or need some tweaks to your programme.
